Drop orbs into the jar. Two of a kind merge into a bigger one. Here is the catch: every orb is also a turret, and the enemies are already walking down toward your wall.

Two orbs at level 8 fuse into a NOVA and clear the screen. Fire burns, ice freezes, lightning bounces and leaves targets brittle. After every wave you pick an upgrade, and between waves you can sacrifice an orb to get one more pick.

Campaign of 30 levels, four difficulties, stars for a clean wall. Endless mode opens at level 10.

This demo is the first 10 levels. The full game adds the other 20 levels, Veteran, Legend and endless mode.

Made by two people and a lot of measuring: the 30 levels were balanced on 1920 simulated runs, and every screen was checked for readable text in two languages and three screen sizes.

Music made in-house with ACE-Step 1.5. Sound effects by Kenney (CC0).

Great!  is a inventiv game with a new mechanic!  Devenetly has a pull.

Taste notes: I dont like that when u advance the mecanik u use dorpping the orbs gets worse for u when u have 3  different orbs it is harder.  :P

Suggestions:  Enemys could influence ur side? dropping turds which makes fusing harder  or shooting something that defuses ur orbs?   Different bords with some opsticals in it?

Actually anoying:  the very start maybe give the player 1 lvl 3 orb already placed?

Interfacce: maybe put the energy bar at the bottom? that is where the player looks anyway while i played i did not know how much energy i had.

Balance: Reley nice is the bounce when enemys hit the wall give the posiibillety of ur orbs mergen if they are almost placed good (u know what i mean)   ; not so nice is that u get a chooice bonus on erfect wave? so u have to play perfect to stay ahed and once u fall it spirals?

The game defenetly is fun had a good time playing it!!!

Thanks for playing it through! The squeeze you felt with three kinds of orb in play is deliberate, but "it gets worse for you" is not how it is meant to land, so I'll look at how early the third kind shows up. Enemies that mess with your side of the board is a good idea - noted for after the jam.

Both of those are fixed as of today, give it another go.

The perfect-wave bonus was quietly handing out a second bonus on top - 8 bonuses instead of 4 across a level - so whoever took no damage just ran away with it. That's gone, it's points now. And the energy bar moved down: five dots right under the orb you're about to drop, red when you're empty. You were looking at the top of the screen while your eyes were at the bottom, that was on us.

One you didn't see but probably felt: a leaked enemy used to steal energy from you. Between that and the kill bonus you never got, a door with no turret could lock you at zero and the game would refuse every single drop. Also gone.

Obstacles on the board - rocks already turn up from level 8. Enemies messing with your grid is a real idea, I'm keeping that one for after the jam. Thanks, yours was the most useful comment we got.
